As a solution-oriented Program Evaluator with more than 20 years of progressive experience, I am prepared to work with leadership teams to: optimize program evaluation, learning, and reporting systems. 

My background includes proven success in enhancing program planning and evaluation initiatives by leveraging my clinical and research experience.

I have won more than $20M in federal, state, and city grant awards including two multi-year SAMHSA grants.

I published 28 articles in peer-reviewed journals, and presented in national/local venues including presenting a research study on Capitol Hill.
